  Not even worthy of a star. Prime example of gouging from nails to hardware to building supplies. Customer service is non existent and they know they are the only game in town and treat you the same. Any home Reno store that is not opened Saturday or Sunday for the public when that's the prime days for working around the house seems completely illogical and counter productive. Almost anything building wise needs to be ordered from their other store in New Liskeard and takes a week to come in. Could have been a great place but they are just not interested. Better off going to Home Depot in North Bay where they serve you with a smile.

  The pinned location is correct - right in the center of town. I was able to order a hard-to-find item from Grant's and when I called to apologize for my delay in picking it up, Joanne could not have been nicer in reassuring me that my package was still waiting and that it would be no problem to pick it up when I arrive next month.
